The rooms are gorgeous and fairly quiet, with it's own balcony and a chair.

The total stay was perfect for family vacation. The breakfast was delicious with views over river; the location was excellent. The room with a view.

All in all they offer outstanding service. Very comfy bed, brand-new room that has a large bathroom. The breakfast is delicious and very very good, and the location is favourable short walk to river side where traffic is at a distance as well as Cuenca with a very good accomodation.

Location: the hotel was near several night clubs and the most important sites of the city, like the New Cathedral and Parque Calderon. The staff were courteous and nice, took care of us during 5 days stay.

The location was magnificent, relatively close to a culture museum. I ate at a fabulous restaurant with spectacular food. The views of the garden were great, really enjoyed it.

Location: the hotel was short walk to el centro historica. We got nice services and beautiful and particularly good room with a nice view. The staff were nice, took care of us during 5 days stay.

The room was exceptionally good with a view, had essentials required. The location was marvellous, and we could reach Popular Art Museum by walking. A river and a lush garden were right by the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming ambiance of this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from the nearby road. Despite that, we would highly recommend this hotel. it was a wonderful stay at Hotel Victoria.

Staff is service-oriented and very professional and you can park your car on-site. The great thing is location in the center of the city. Don't forget to explore Cuenca Historic Centre district.

The staff at Hotel Victoria were incredibly service-minded. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. We greatly enjoyed the bunk bed during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk from downtown. The restaurant La Recoleta is also just a 4-6 minute walk from the hotel.

The location is MAGNIFICENT and exceptionally nice, it's next to the picture perfect river. The rooms offered are big size and brand-new with views to gardens, balcony plus much character.

The location is very central. The airport is 0.5 miles away. The breakfast is excellent, satisfactory and the staff is helpful.
